About This Activity
This 5K fun run is unique because it's run on the grass - cross country style! Come out and join us for a great run to start off your Labor Day weekend. There will not be any trophies or awards for overall or age group winners. This year is just a fun run for all to enjoy, and everyone who finishes will get a medal. We will track and post times online, however.
Stay awhile and watch the FLIGHTED Chrisman Cow Chip Cross Country meet - one of, if not the only, FLIGHTED cross country race in the state. The kids love running it and it's fun to watch!
Event details and schedule
The run will start along the main stretch going to the finish line. Everyone will run two laps on a course that includes rolling hills and plenty of turns to keep things interesting. There will be plenty of parking on the school property or across the highway in the park.
Be checked in by 6:30AM to pick up your bib and safety pins. Medals will be awarded to all finishers.
