CHI St. Vincent Morrilton SEEC will host their inaugural Mo-Town Shuffle 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1 Mile race on Saturday, November 28th, 2015.  5K race will begin at 9am and kids 1 mile race will follow shortly after the 5k.  

Awards for Runners will be 3 deep, divided into male/female divisions and subdivided into the following categories: Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Seniors, and Age Group. Overall Awards for Walkers will be 3 deep, divided into male/female divisions. *If you plan to run any amount in the 5k (even one step), you must register as a "runner".

Age groups for runners: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.

Unique Overall and Age Group Awards! All children who finish the 1 Mile race will also receive unique finisher medals!

Same Day Registration available from 8:00am until 8:45am the morning of the race.

Packet Pick-Up also starts at 8am the morning of the race and will be near the starting line area.  There will be no early Packet Pick-Up for this event.

Cost: $20 if registered by November 1st, 2015 at midnight.  Price increases to $25 after November 1st deadline and continues until November 27th at 12pm, when online registration ends. Same Day Registration will be $30. *Child discount of $5 for 5k distance only (ages 1-18). Kids 1 mile race is $10 without a tshirt but you have the option to add a tshirt for $5, during checkout. This is optional.

Tshirst are ONLY guaranteed if you are pre-registered by the November 1st deadline. After that date, tshirts are subject to availability.

Water stations and refreshments will be available throughout the course and following the race!
