Who doesn't love Super Heroes....now here is your opportunity to become your favorite Super Hero or Villain and run or walk the 5K course race location at Rose Mofford Sports Complex.
Create an Alliance or an Axis of Evil and register a team for the 5K, the more the better. The Super Hero 1 Mile Sprint (untimed) $10 and entry includes t-shirt & medal.
Registration is available at packet pick up or on race day. Tshirt with logo for all registered Heroes and Villains. All 5K and 1 Mile participants to receive a tshirt, race bib and timing chip (1 Miler is NOT timed).
Medals for the Top 3 Male & Female in the following age groups 5K ONLY: 15 & under; 16-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61-70 & 71 & over.
This event supports the American Diabetes Association-Phoenix Chapter!
Super Hero Run is Super/Villain Pet, stroller and wheel friendly. Please note portion of the course is a dirt trail, but it is a flat course and mostly on paved ground.

3:00 PM to 4:15 PM - Race Day registration & packet pick-up
4:30 PM - 5K run/walk
5:15 PM - 1 Mile Super Hero Sprint
5K awards after 1 Miler Sprint
