2015 I Tri'd 5 to15 Kids Triathlon:
This event is to encourage kids to live a healthy lifestyle by participating in a little swimming, biking and running. We look forward to this year's event
This is a kids only triathlon taken place at the Pompano Beach Aquatic Complex. Your child will swim in a pool, bike/run on a closed course. The entry fee will cover race goodies.
Course Information:
Ages 5-6:
• Swim: .25 Yards
• Bike: .5 Mile
• Run: .25Mile
Ages 7-11:
• Swim: 100 Yards
• Bike: 2 Miles(1 loop)
• Run: .5 Miles
Ages 12-15:
• Swim: 200 Yards
• Bike: 4 Miles(2 loops)
• Run: 1 Miles
• The course and age categories are broken down by age appropriate distances.
• Awards will be broken down top 3 M/F by age.
