This race benefits the United Way of Franklin County and it's 18 agencies. The race starts in front of the Capital Plaza Hotel, weaves through a couple of downtown streets to the scenic River View Trail. The course turns around and crosses the walkbridge by the tower and finishes behind the YMCA on the plaza.
