2015 Town of Hempstead Triathlon:
• The Town of Hempstead Triathlon, an exciting combination of a 3/4 mile ocean swim, 10-mile bike ride and 5-mile run is a late-summer tradition and one of Long Island's signature athletic events.
Course Information:
• Atlantic Ocean for swim, 10 mile bike and 5 mile run through residential streets and main boulevards of south shore communities
Directions:
• Pt. Lookout is located at foot of Loop Parkway in Point Lookout, Loop Pakway is accessed from Meadowbrook Parkway.
