2015 The Cornwell Center Splash and Dash Aquathlon & 5K:
The Cornwell Center and Queens University of Charlotte Tri Team are uniting to bring one of the fastest growing fitness events that combines swimming and running. The aquathlon consists of a 264m pool swim in the new Levine Center at Queens University, transitioning into a gorgeous, tree-lined run known as the "booty loop" in the heart of the Myers Park neighborhood. We’re also proud to host our 10th Annual 5k Road Race for those who are not ready for the splash!
And attention KIDS!
We will host a 1k Fun Race “Splash & Dash” w/slip & slide finish line just for you. Stay after your race for food, music, dancing, games, fun and parent’s dunk tank!
