The 5K (3.1 mile) course runs throughout the trails of Infirmary Mound Park and includes some changes in elevation.  New in 2015, a 1-mile Wellness Walk option has been added to the event.  The 1-mile route is mostly flat with a few small hills.  Both the 5K and 1-mile courses follow maintained natural trails.  Dress for the weather; a rainy day will make for a muddy run.  

Proceeds from the event will provide breast cancer prevention services (mammogram assistance, breast health education, awareness events, etc.) to qualifying women in Licking County through the SASS (Screening And Survivor Support) for Breast Cancer program.  Proceeds from the event will also provide wellness programming for Licking County residents through the Licking County Wellness Coalition.  For more information please contact Ashley See at [email protected] or (740) 349-6535.

*PARTICPANTS WHO REGISTER AFTER 12 PM ON SEPTEMBER 11- T-shirts will not be available at the event, but will be available for pick up at the Licking County Health Department at a later date.
