Swim:- The swim portion of the triathlon will take place at Springs Aquatic Center in an 8 lane 50 meter pool.
Bike: - The partially hilly bike course will start and finish at Springs Aquatic Center/Tiffany Hills Park.
- Starting at The Springs Aquatic Center, south on N Congress, west on NW Tiffany Springs Road, south on Childress, west on Barry Road, north on Hampton Road to Tiffany Springs Park turnaround, back to the Aquatics Center.
Run: - Starting at The Springs Aquatic Center, south on N Congress, west on NW Tiffany Springs Road, south on Amity Road to turnaround, back to the Aquatics Center.
