This is a fun mini triathlon held at the Bayouland YMCA to promote health and fitness in the community. Athletes will enjoy a 200 yd indoor pool swim, followed by a fast and flat 12 mile bike down a scenic bayou road, and a fast 2 mile run through a close neighborhood. This is a great triathlon for beginners and seasoned triathletes.
Early Reg: Now – Sept 8. (guaranteed t-shirt)
Late Reg: Sept 8 – Sept 18 (no guaranteed t-shirt)

Turn around @ St. Anthony Church bridge

Exit driveway closest to Civic Center straight across to Hawthorne

Left on Harvest
Left on Aubrey
Turn around at 164 Aubrey and come back way them came.
