The focus of High Cadence Triathlon Training Camp is goal setting and base training for short, medium, or long-distance triathlon. Physical and mental training techniques, along with valuable topics on optimal nutrition and sleep practices, will prepare the athlete for competition at a variety of levels.
Required gear for Fall 2015 Camp:
Swimsuit
Goggles
Swim Cap (for those with long hair)
Watch
Bike
Bike Trainer
Seat Bag with tire levers and an extra tube
CO2 cartridge with adapter or a pump
Biking Shoes (clip-in shoes are not required, but strongly recommended)
Running Shoes
