This 8 week training program in the western suburbs of Chicago will prepare you for the Subaru Womens Triathlon in Naperville, IL on June 2008. Program will meet once a week with professional coach and triathlete, Coach Elizabeth. We limit the size to a total of 20 participants to allow individual feedback and coaching.
