This is a family fun 5K race event for all race abilities. You can walk it, wheel chair it, be pushed in a wheelbarrow, by yourself or as a relay with your family and friends. Come have fun and enjoy the morning!
Proceeds will go to help the Disabled children of Mephibosheth Training Center in Ghana.
Course Information:
Course is a flat course that is wheelbarrow, wheel chair, and stroller friendly. All are welcome. For race lineup: If you plan to run the whole race line up in front, if you plan to run/walk, line up in the middle, those who have children setting the pace are to line up in the back.

Directions from Kirkwood mall,
Head west on Bismarck Express Way, Turn North On Washington Street, Turn West at the light on W Arbor Ave, Follow around to Riverside Park Rd, follow park signs to Shelter 11.
Other Info:
Those registered before June 27 are guaranteed to receive a T-Shirt after that will be until supplies are gone.
