- We invite everyone to come out and enjoy a beautiful weekend in Miami Beach, while competing to support a great cause.

- Over 1,000 athletes are expected to compete side by side with corporate teams, physically challenged athletes, professional triathletes and celebrities!
- A portion of the proceeds will benefit St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital and will be specifically targeted toward pediatric cancer research! To learn more about St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital

COURSE INFORMATION
- The Nautica South Beach Triathlon will feature a beautiful, warm (expected water temperature is 78 degrees) Ocean Swim that will run parallel to world famous South Beach.
- The bike course will be a relatively flat course crossing over Miami Beachs famous Causeways with scenic views of the Intercoastal Waterway, downtown Miami and Miami Beach.
- The run will be a very fast out and back course, alongside Miami Beachs Art Deco District, finishing on the white sands of South Beach.

Directions:
From Miami:
- Take I-95 North.
- Take the I-395 Exit, exit 2D toward Miami Beach.
- Merge onto I-395 East (MacArthur Causeway/US-41 E).
- Keep Right at the fork to go onto 5th St./FL-A1A East.
- Turn Right onto Collins Ave/FL-A1A.
- Turn Left onto 4th St.
- Turn Left onto Ocean Dr. and arrive at Lummus Park.

From North Miami:
- Take I-95 South.
- Take the I-395 Exit, exit 2D toward Miami Beach.
