The 4mile course represents the 4th of July, 4 miles on the 4th, this is unique in an age of traditional 5K (3.2 mile) 10K 6.4 mile) races. Adding to the unique distance involved is the pristine setting of Woodward Park and the River Loop. Beautiful views should inspire the runners and walkers to give that extra effort in crossing the finish line and enjoying the start this great American holiday with friends, family, and other competitors.
