Triathlon : Paddle 5K (Canoe, Kayak or SUP), Trail Run 5K and Mountain Bike 5K (optional) |
Duathlon (Paddle 5K and Trail Run 5K)
or
Triathlon (Paddle 5K, Trail Run 4.2K and Mountain Bike 5K)
You will begin with a 5K Paddle (Canoe, Kayak or SUP board). The Paddling will take place on beautiful Caesar Creek Lake and consist of a loop along the shoreline. Following the paddling section you will then embark on a 5K Trail Run through the park. Exiting the trail you will follow an access road to the bike racks where your bikes will be positioned. If registered for the Duathlon you will continure past the bikes, running to the finish line in Glory. If registered for the Triathlon you will hop on your bikes and conqure the 5K Mountain Bike trail. You will exit the mountain bike trail on the same access road and peddle to the finish in Muddy Glory!

From Cincinnati head North on I-71 to Exit 45. Turn Right on OH-73 and a quick left onto State Rte 380. Then head North 2.4 miles and turn left onto Center Rd.. Park is about 2 miles down the road
From Columbus head South on I-71 to Exit 45 turn Left on OH-73 and head East over I-71 and turn left on State Rte. 380. Then head North for 2.4 miles and turn left onto Center Rd.. Park is about 2 miles down the road.
From Dayton there are a couple of different ways to get to the park. The best route will be determined by where in the Dayton area you are coming from. Check your GPS for best options.
