Come join Lansing Parks and Recreation and GLAAHI at the Family Fit Day at Letts Community Center. The event will run from 12pm to 4pm. There will be health related activities, workshops, and fitness demonstrations.
The Gauntlet competition will run from 1pm to 3pm in conjunction with Lettuce Live Well and Mayor Bernero's Lansing Loses A Million Initiative. Teams of two will battle in a competition that includes a sack race, three-legged race, brain games, and more! Heats will run from 1pm to 3pm. Come see how your team measures up to the competition! Participants in the Lansing Loses A Million Celebrity Challenge will be able to earn points for their team by participating in this event. No preregistration is required. Just show up ready to compete!
