2015 Marshmallow Man Triathlon:
• The 3rd Annual Marshmallow Man Sprint Triathlon to benefit the Greater Lakes Child Advocacy Center will take place on Saturday, August 1st from 8:00am-12:00pm at Opechee Park in Laconia.
• This triathlon is designated for the "newbie," triathlete to the experienced! There will be children's activities, food and entertainment!
Course Information:
• .25 mile starting at Lake Opechee Cove.
• 14 mile bike north on Parade Road in Laconia into Meredith.
• 5k run in downtown Laconia, NH.
Directions:
Opechee Park, North Main Street. Laconia
