Course Information:
• Keep your eyes and ears open as you RUN AWARE through trails at Cabin John Regional Park, a cross-country challenge for all of your senses.
• You’ll travel on hills, run near streams, and enjoy the sights in the early spring.
• Be prepared to get wet and muddy. Precipitation and wet trails are a possibility.
• Our 5K starts at 8 AM, followed by our Junior Participation 1K starts five minutes later.
