The Twisted Tiger Bear Mountain Bash is a perfect way to kick off your 4th of July weekend. What better way is there to celebrate freedom and independence than challenging yourself with an intense 5k trail run with natural obstcles and rugged terrain. The twisted tiger presents a running experience unlike any other 5K road race. This course offers beautiful scenery, climbing, mud, and other obstacles to test your physical endurance and mental resolve. This run is fun for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. Following the race, enjoy food from Let'er Buck BBQ, music and an excellent fire works display just up the road in LaGrange, Wyoming. Make a weekend out it with camping at the lovely Hawk Springs Resivour.

The Bear Mountain Bash kicks off at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 3rd. There are 5 starting heats.

Camping is available at Hawk Springs Resivour (first come first serve) 7 Miles from event.
