Course Information:
SWIM - Approx. .8 miles in river - Starts at the North end.
OR First Run - DUALTHLETES ONLY - Approx. 1.5 run.
BIKE - Approx. 14.5 miles - head north to Fort Hunter turn around in parking lot.
RUN - Approx. 2.8 miles on City Island.
