Four physical events for time to determine a champion. The challenge is designed to rase funds for the Support Our War Heros Organization, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-partisan foundation purposed to assisting military service members who sustain lafe altering injuries and continue to serve them through the course of their lives. All donations are tax-deductable. Although this is a PARTNER event, those that sign up as individuals will be paired up with someone of a similar fitness level.
Course Information:
Challenge 1:
50 meter sprint with ammo cans
50 ammo can lifts
100 meter sprint, buddy carry
50 squats with ammo can
Load a stretcher with equipment and sprint 100 meters to the finish
**15 minute time cap**
Challenge 2
100 Push ups
100 Sit ups
100 Squats
*While one partner works, other partner rests in plank position*
**10 minute time cap**
Challenge 3
"Combat Dash"
50 burpees
50 meter tire flip
50 burpees
**15 minute time cap**
The Fourth event will have the top teams push Humvee to VICTORY
