2015 Coffman YMCA Indoor Triathlon:
• Coffman Y will be hosting its first indoor triathlon which consist of three events: swimming, cycling and running. The swim will be held in our indoor pool, the cycling takes place on our spin bikes and the run will take place on our treadmills.
• The participants will be judged by the distance traveled in each event in a set amount of time. Transition times between each event will not be factored into overall scoring.
