HARDMAN course consist of two 20km Mountain Bike loops meandering through the pine and aspen forests of Sun Mountain. Racers will be rewarded with spetacular views of the Methow Valley and beyond to the Cascade Mountains as they grind up the up hills and slalom down the single track and jeep trails. The Mountain Bike section is followed by a 10km trail rin that runs above the shores of the beatiful Lake Patterson.
The SPRINT is a single 20km loop Mountain Bike loop and follows with a 5km Trail Run back and forth through the pine flats off Chickadee Trailhead.

If you're coming from Seattle/Bellingham/Vancouver you'll probably take HWY 20 (North Cascades Hwy) East from I-5 to get to Winthop. If you're coming from Tacoma(Olympia/Portland/etc) take Hwy 18 East to I-90 and go over Snoqualmie Pass, Blewett Pass (Hmy 97) and follow the Columbia River North to the Methow Valley.
If you're coming from anywhere East of the mountains (Eastern BC, Spokane, Ti-Cities, ID, MT, Yakima, Ellensburg, Wenatchee, etc) you'll get to Sun Mountain via Twisp.
