Girls Night Out Five Miler with After-Party and Expotique

5 Mile Run/Walk: This is a chip-timed, women's only, five mile run/walk beginning and ending at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.  This will be a great course, finishing up inside the Tennis Center, where we will find out - Who is Queen of the Court?  

Included in your registration: Women's technical running tank, entrance to the After-party/Expotique, one complimentary drink ticket to be used at the after-party (can be exchanged for beer, wine or soft drink), finishers award, post-race food, entertainment.

Register by July 12, 2015 to guarantee your shirt size!!  Online registration will close at 12:00 AM on 7/22/15 (or when race is sold out, whichever occurs first.)

**NOTE: Strollers are not allowed on the race course.  Pets are not allowed on the course or at the facility.

After-Party/Expotique: Immediately following the race, you will enter the after-party, where our generous sponsors will have tables and booths for you to check-out and see their product and service offerings!  We will be featuring the DJ services of PSG Light + Sound, so you can sip cocktails, grab a bite to eat, browse the Expotique, and dance with your girlfriends! This night is all about the ladies! Cash bar offered following use of your complimentary drink ticket.  There will also be food trucks on hand for additional purchases and for our awesome spectators to enjoy!

Anyone can attend the After-party/Expotique without participating in the race!  It will be cash bar only for those that attend the after-party, and they will be able to purchase food from available vendors. They must show proof of being 21 or over to purchase beer/wine.  We love spectators so encourage your support team to attend and celebrate with you!

100% of proceeds will be donated to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Healthworks! Camps Out. This is a six-day overnight camp for overweight and obese children who are patients at CCHMC's Center for Better Health and Nutrition. In addition to experiencing typical summer camp activities, they will also learn nutritional eating habits and exercise activities to do on their own.  Please see our website or Facebook page for more information about this great cause.

*At packet pickup you will be given the option to receive your bracelet indicating if you are 21 or over so you can avoid the ID check-in on the day of the race.  We must be the ones to put the bracelet on you, so this would mean wearing it until the event. You will not be able to receive your complimentary drink without a bracelet.  Please bring a valid photo ID to packet pickup and skip the lines on race day!  Otherwise, please arrive early enough on race day to show your ID and receive your bracelet PRIOR to the start of the race.  See schedule below.
 

RACE DAY:

Ladies - please arrive early! There WILL be lines and we will start promptly at 6:00pm!

4:30pm - 5:30pm: Same-day registration and same-day packet pickup. For those not pre-registered or did not take advantage of early packet pickup.  This includes race registration, as well as purchasing an entry into the After-party/Expotique if you are not running or walking.  Same day registration is only available if race does not sell out.  If not sold out prior to race day, registration will close on race day once capacity is reached.

4:30pm - 5:45pm: ID Check-In: Please bring a valid driver's license showing proof of being 21+ to get your bracelet for the After-party.  All ages are welcome to attend the After-party, but you must have a bracelet to redeem your drink ticket for an alcoholic beverage.  Those under 21 will be able to exchange their drink ticket for a soft drink.  This check-in includes those attending the After-party/Expotique only, as well as race participants.  

5:45pm: Line-up for race start, Opening Ceremony

6:00pm: 5 Mile Run/Walk start**

6:15pm: Party and Expotique opens - let the Girls Night Out begin!!

7:15pm: Award ceremony for overall winner and age group awards

What to bring:

Most importantly - bring your girlfriends!  

If you are 21 and over, you must bring a photo ID so you can receive your bracelet for a complimentary drink ticket for the After-party/Expotique (you will have the option to receive your bracelet at packet pickup to avoid the lines before the race).  You will check-in prior to the race so you can go straight to the party upon crossing the finish line and let the girls night out begin!  Anyone under 21, or a person who cannot show proof of being 21 will be permitted to attend the After-party, but cannot receive beer or wine in exchange for their drink ticket (water and soft drinks are an option).  We recommend bringing some cash so you can shop the products and services being offered by our great sponsors at the Expotique!  Not all vendors will be able to accept payment with a credit or debit card.

A week or so out from the event, you will be receiving an email giving packet pickup and event day details and instructions. Please read this email! It will include parking information, check-in instructions, and other very important event information to make this a great night for everyone!
