A Kids’ Bike/Run event has been added to the annual 2015 Sparrow Hike/Bike for Hospice.
The Kids’ Bike/Run event consists of a bike followed immediately by a run based on two age groups. Participants will start the event by riding their bike around the park. The event start times will be staggered to accommodate the total number of participants.
Event details:
7-10-year-old participants:
- Start time: 12:00
- Bike distance: 2 miles
- Run distance: 1 mile
4-6-year-old participants:
- Start time: 12:15
- Bike distance: 1 mile
- Run distance: .5 miles
(there will also be a 30 mile bike ride for adults)
