2015 Du-Woody Duathlon:
• A duathlon through Camden County, Georgia and along scenic Georgia Rail Trail.
• Includes a 3.4K Run, a 20K Bike and a 5K Run.
Course Information:
Run #1:
• The 3.4K run takes you through a quiet residential neighbor.
Bike:
• The 20K Bike ride will be on GA 110 out and back.
• The road is paved and not a heavily traveled road.
• The ride portion is SAG supported.
Run #2:
• The final 5K run will be on Rail Trails, a quaint residental neighborhood, and a beautiful river walk along the Satilla River.
Directions:
• Traveling on I-95, take Exit 14 (Woodbine)
• Travel west on GA 25.
• At the intersection of Hwy 17 (Bedell Ave) turn right (heading north).
• Turn left onto GA 110.
• Go two blocks and the Woodbine ball fields are on the right.
