What: Do you want to learn more about triathlon training and racing? Whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first race or a seasoned veteran who wants to get faster, we are here to help!
At this USAT sanctioned camp you will learn how to:
Perfect your swim stroke, improve swimming efficiency, and confidently handle the open water.
Maximize your pedal power, maintain higher speeds, and become one with your bike.
And run faster, with fewer injuries, and less effort.
Transition with grace, speed, and agility.
Race safely, fuel properly, and feel positively.
When: 7:00am-7:00pm on May 23, 2015
We spend about 2 hours on each aspect of the triathlon: swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition, training & strength!
