2015 Tampa Hunger Run 5k:
The 2nd annual Hunger Run 5k charity run/walk to benefit the Kaye Prox Food Bank!
Kaye Prox Food Bank provides food to over 200 people each week, serving individuals and families in need from Town ‘n Country, Westchase, Citrus Park, and Northdale. making it a constant struggle to keep their food banks stocked year round. April is a time of year in which food banks need the most support in preparation for the summer months. We continue our efforts to lessen their struggles in 2015 with the 2nd Annual Hunger Run 5k, once again taking place in beautiful Al Lopez Park in Tampa to raise food, funds and awarness.
We will also be collecting non-perishable food items to donate to our local food banks. Be sure to bring something to donate to our hungry families – Even ONE can per participant can really add up!!
