Prepare for a challenge in Southern Indiana you won’t soon forget. Trek, mountain bike, and paddle as you navigate through the scenic Wabash River Valley, rich with Native American history.
This 24-hour adventure race, headquartered in historic New Harmony, Indiana, is open to solo, 2, 3, and 4-person coed and open division teams. Entry fee includes great race swag, free tent camping, pre-race dinner and post-race breakfast, and cool awards. The race will challenge the most seasoned teams with a fast course through unique land and water terrain, but will also offer short-course options to allow beginners and less experienced teams to still be official finishers.
A USARA sanctioned race, the Tomahawk Challenge is a regional qualifier for the USARA Adventure Racing National Championship in October. The top four teams in the coed and open divisions will receive an invitation to the 2015 USARA National Championship in October and the top-placing team in the combined 3 and 4-person elite coed divisions will receive regional championship jackets, along with a $400 regional qualifier sponsorship toward entry in the National Championship.
