Come and join us for the inaugural Market Street Mission 5K Race for Recovery on July 4th, 2015.
This event is a trail run/walk through Lewis Morris Park in support of those who struggle with addiction and recovery issues. It is a great way to become better educated on the dangers of substance abuse while supporting individuals recovering from addiction.
Choose to run or walk this 5 kilometer trail or enjoy Kid's Fun with "Capture the Flag!"
Out of town on July 4th? Register to support our cause by participating in our "Freedom Run." Put on your "Race for Recovery" tee shirt and run wherever you are on July 4th. Take a picture of yourself in your race shirt and send it to us and you may win a spot in our newsletter or website!
For the safety of other participants, pets are prohibited from the trails during the race. However, Lewis Morris Park is dog-friendly and features a dog park, driving distance away from the race site.
Proceeds from the 5K benefit Market Street Mission's Life Change Recovery Program.
