Whether you are a serious runner getting ready for the upcoming race season, an avid walker logging steps on your pedometer or are inspired to get up, get out, and get moving more, then we are the event for you.
On March 14, 2015 the second annual Speare Shamrock Shuffle 5K will take place in Plymouth, NH. Speare’s Shamrock Shuffle was developed in response to an identified community health need to live a more active lifestyle. This event encourages participants of all ages and abilities. The event is not officially timed, as our focus is to encourage community members to take steps toward a more active lifestyle.
Event check-in starts at 8 a.m. and the Shamrock Shuffle 5K Run/Walk starts at 9 a.m.
Online registration is open from February 6 at noon until March 11 at 11 p.m.
Course Information:
• The course is a 5K (3.1 mile course) through the streets/neighborhoods of Plymouth, NH offering a mix of straight flats, short hill climbs and easy down hill trots.
• The starting and finish line is at the Plymouth Regional Senior Center in Plymouth.
