2015 Cheyenne Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike:

  • Individual, Duathlon Aquabike, Team Relays & Physically Challenged.
  • 120 miles north of downtown Denver, CO and one of the highest triathlons in the U.S. at 6000 feet above sea level.

    • Course Information:



    Swim:
  • Lake swim 600 meters.
  • Held in Sloan's lake in Lion's Park.
  • This is a time trial start with one swimmer leaving every 5-10 seconds.
  • Swim will be a counter clock-wise rectangular course, keeping the buoys to your left.
  • Will begin with oldest female to youngest, then oldest male to youngest male.
  • There is a pool swim option that sells out fast - see web site

    Bike:
  • Bike race is out and back course.
  • Exit transition and exit Lion's Park onto Kennedy.
  • Turn right on Kennedy, left on Central, right on Bishop.
  • Continue on Bishop all the way to Little Bear Inn and return on same course back to transition.

    Run:
  • Upon exiting T2, racers will finish race with flat course.
  • The run is entirely within Lions Park and is an out and back course.
