Race starts at 7:00AM
Course Information:
Swim: 1/4 mile in a sheltered bay of Lake Michigan. Water temp 65-75 degrees. Participants may wear wet suits if desired. Swim caps are required and will be provided.
Bike 16 miles on predominantly flat country roads. Participants must wear ANSI approved bike helmets.
Run 5K along the lakefront.
All segments start and end at the Y
