The Safe Voices Annual Walk/Run to End Domestic Violence is coming right up and 2015 will be our best event yet! The 2015 Walk/Run will be held on May 31st from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Simard-Payne Police Memorial Park, Lewiston.
By committing to Walk (1 mile) or Run (5K) with us, you are directly helping to support vital advocacy services to those affected by domestic violence.
Safe Voices serves any individual or family experiencing domestic violence. In our last fiscal year 1,660 victims of domestic violence received our services. We provided 9,478 hours of advocacy to victims of domestic violence, and educated 8,262 community members.
Last year we raised over $39,000- please help us reach this year’s goal of $50,000!
Safe Voices offers a variety of services for employers, families and individuals seeking resources to address domestic violence. With your participation you are helping support these vital services.
