That's right...we're an accounting firm and we "Run the Numbers"," but when we aren't busy doing tax returns, we like to raise money for local Maine charities! 

Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. will mark the 6th Annual PFBF CPAs road race. The race will be professionally timed and will start and end at the office of PFBF CPAs located at 46 First Park Drive, Oakland, ME.  This year's 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run proceeds will support the athletes of Special Olympics Maine.  Over the past 6 years, PFBF CPAs, our accounting firm located in Oakland and Bath, Maine has rasied over $100,000 for various Maine charities with the help and support of race particpants and their community.

Special Olympics Maine provides year round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.  They have the drive and heart to win every sport they compete in and their Athlete oath says it all... "Let me win, but if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt."

The Kids Fun Run will start and finish in the parking lot of PFBF CPAs at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 9:00 a.m.  There is no fee or registration needed for the KIDS FUN Run and each kid will recieve BIB #1. 

5K-ers! Register before June 6th and recieve a sport-tek race t-shirt!

Special Olympics Maine Athlete: NO FEE...please complete mail in registration form and send to PFBF CPAs.

Pre-registration (before June 19) $25; Race day $30

Youth 5K (12 & under) $10

Kids Fun Run (ages 3-12)..FREE ...just have fun! No registration needed.

1st Place Overall Male/Female Finishers $500

2nd Place Overall Male/Female Finishers $250

Top Finishers in each age category- Prizes

Post-race party and awards ceremony immediately following the race.
