2015 Lake Minnewaska Triathlon:
• The 2015 Minnewaska Triathlon will be held on Saturday, Aug. 1st at 7:30 a.m. on the shores of Lake Minnewaska in Glenwood.
• The triathlon includes a 400 yard swim, a 11.1 mile bike and a 2.5 mile road run.
• Participants can compete as an individual or in teams.
• All participants will receive a triathlon tee shirt, a swim cap and a goodie bag.
• Door prizes will also be given away at the awards ceremony.
• Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in individual and team events.
