2015 ABBRx Natural and Fit Day 5K & Kids Mile:
• Join Tri To Finish at the First Annual ABBRx Natural and Fit Day, featuring the Natural and Fit Expo, Natural and Fit 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile kids Run (benefiting the FIT Brothers and Sisters), Michigan USA Power Lifting Meet, and the 2nd Annual DFAC Michigan ROAR!
Course Information:
• This is a FLAT, out and back country road course.
• Both the 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will begin in the Bullock Creek Parking Lot before turning left onto Badour Rd and heading north toward Patterson Rd.
• The 1 Mile Fun Run will turn around shortly before reaching Patterson Rd.
• The 5K will continue on, turning left (west) onto Patterson then right onto Woodcock Rd just before the 1 mile mark.
• This is where the aid station will be located. 5K’ers will continue north to their turnaround where Miller Rd meets Woodcock Rd.
• Both the 5K and 1 Mile Runners will return to the parking lot from which they started before passing the start line and continuing on to the school track before completing a ¾ lap and arriving at the finish line in front of the grandstands.
