- Epic Triathlon is very proud to be the pioneers in Florida to offer the new format in Triathlon, SUP TRI. In SUP TRI athletes will be given the option to race on a Standup Paddleboard as an alternative to the swimming portion of the Triathlon. SUP TRIathletes may race on any standup paddleboard they have, and will be placed in divisions based on board length to create an even playing field. The SUP portion of the race will run as the first leg and will be a distance of 3.2K over a course featuring multiple buoy turns.

Join us in the EPIC Triathlon Festival, all distances will take place the same day. Swim in beautiful Lake Mary Jane. Bike on flat and fast course This venue is known for its run, flat with 80% shade cover through cool over hanging trees!
