2015 York Ladies Triathlon, Duathlon & 5K:
- 500 yard pool swim 15 mile bike 3.1 mile run Join in the fun and get fit at the same time!
- Enjoy the camaraderie and competition of this WOMEN ONLY triathlon!
- Whether you participate as an individual or as a member of a team you are bound to have a terrific time!
- There will also be a Duathlon & a 5K Run/Walk.
Course Information:
- 500 Yard Serpentine Swim - Indoor Pool
- Bike Ride - 15 miles scenic but hilly
- 5K - Flat , part of run on road and part on rail trail
Directions:
From South (Baltimore)
- 83 North to Exit 15(S. George St.)Follow thru to traffic light.
- Turn Left at light onto Country Club Road.
- Follow thru to Grantley Road (next traffic light) turn R and travel 4 blocks.
- Turn left into College Parking lot.

From North (Harrisburg) - 83 South to Exit 16(Queen Street).
- Continue heading North on Queen Street to Rathon Road(3rd traffic light).
- Turn Left on Rathon and proceed thru 2 traffic lights.
- Road will turn into County Club Road.
- Turn Right on Grantley Road and proceed 4 blocks.
- Turn Left into College Parking Lot.

From East (Lancaster) - Rt. 30 West to North Hills Road (York) and turn left.
- Proceed to Market Street, turn right.
- Immediately get on 83 South and travel to Queen Street (exit 16).
- Travel West on Queen street to Rathon Road(Traffic Light) and turn Left.
- Travel thru 2 traffic lights(Road turns into Country Club Road) and proceed to Grantley Road.
- Turn R and travel 4 blocks turning Left into College Parking Lot.

From West(Gettysburg) - Route 30 East to Richland Avenue.
- Turn R and proceed to Indian Rock Damm Road turn L into College Parking Lot.
