The day camp is MWF from 7:30am to 11am.
These week long day camps are offered during the following dates:
June 8-12, 2015
July 6-10, 2015
July 20-24, 2015.
Each day athletes will explore swim, bike, run skills and drills, age-appropriate strength training and body awareness, nutritional discussion, transition work, and much more in a safe, structured, supervised environment. Limited to 20 participants/camp
