The Husky Dash 5K is a fundraiser for the University of Southern Maine Enactus. Enactus is an international non-profit organization that brings together the top leaders of today and tomorrow to create a better, more sustainable world though the positive power of business.
The money raised through the Husky Dash 5K goes to fund future community service learning projects that benefit our Maine community working with groups in need (Look below for our community partners). A portion of the proceeds goes towards Leukemia Research in honor of our past member.
Early Registration is $20.00 (with site reg fee not included). You will receive a free Husky Dash t-shirt in your race packet and registrations received on or before April 13th will be guaranteed their t-shirt size!
After April 13th the registration fee will be $23.00, but we will not be able to guarantee your t-shirt size after April 13th due to ordering polices.
You can still register the day of the race with the fee of $23.00, but you will not be guaranteed a shirt or shirt size, but all other benefits apply.
You can register online up till April 24th at midnight before the race, and you can register in person morning of at 7:30 (cash/check only accepted then). But we encourage to register online. (For race route, see our facebook page or web page).

Our race will be kicking off on the USM Gorham Campus at the Field House at 9:00 am. Show up early to check-in and get your race packet, 7:30 - 8:45am recommended.
For safety sake we are only accepting runners 12 years of age and older. Runners age 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult at time of check-in for race.
Strollers and pets are prohibited at our event.
