The Treacherous 10K-is a brutal 10k race that spans up and down the "trails" of the Grand Valley behind Grand Valley State University's Allendale campus. This race which hosts scenic winding trails, and 65 degree hills alike, is meant for experienced trail runners, and adventure seekers. Scheduled for the start of April it is sure to be a muddy one! The fast 5k- is a flat all pavement 5K route through Grand Valley State University's beautiful Allendale campus. Come run our fast five, you are sure to set a new Personal Record! The Moseying Mile- This mile walk is a flat all pavement route around Grand Valley State University's gorgeous Allendale campus. The Moseying mile is a great way to stay in shape and support cancer research at the same time!
