2015 Hartford Marathon Foundation Riverfront Scramble Series:
• The HMF Scrambles are the perennial, summer highlight of Thursday nights in downtown Hartford, and with good reason. They are a blast!
• Each Scramble is slightly different, a little zany, but lots of fun.
• We change up the courses, always around a 5K distance, but you won’t know what you are running until the start.
• After the run, enjoy good eats, a cold Harpoon beer and great music under the stars on the Riverfront.
• Awards for best costumes at every Scramble!

• Be prepared for wet sand, dirt paths, rocky hills, grassy knolls, stair climbs and even a little asphalt!
Course Information:
• Every Scramble is different - you may cross over the river, traverse switchback ramps, wade along the beach or run the stairs.
• Portions of this course might get you wet, might make you curse, might make you dirty – but it will all make you smile.

Mortensen Riverfront Plaza, Hartford, Connecticut
• This event takes place at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza located in downtown Hartford, CT overlooking the Connecticut River.
• It can be reached by using the main pedestrian staircase or the elevators located at the intersection of Columbus Boulevard and State Street in Hartford.
