Welcome to Musselman!

Summer in the Finger Lakes is as sweet as a field of strawberries, as bright as the sun sparkling on a deep blue lake. Geneva in July is a little slice of heaven - with welcoming arms and gracious smiles, this community welcomes you to thrill in being alive. Come, indulge, enjoy.

There are four races over the course of Musselman weekend: Friday's super-sprint, Saturday's sprint, and Sunday's half-ironman and kid's race. The city of Geneva also hosts events throughout the weekend, so consider staying for a few days. Full information can be found on the race website.

Course Information:

Holy cow this is going to be fun. In 2015 the Musselman brings you microMussel (Mussel because we're into tiny), a Super-Sprint triathlon the likes of which you've not seen before. Contested on Friday evening, Mussel features absurdly short distances over a closed,
spectator-friendly course through Geneva's Lakefront Park.

Two waves will be staged. In the first wave, athletes start in time-trial format at 5-second intervals and use normal triathlon equipment and bikes. In the second wave, everyone starts in a single chaotic mass of humanity and must ride an unmodified children's tricycle (with or without bell) or Big Wheels for the bike portion. A panel of biased and bribed judges reserves the right to disqualify egregious entries.

Please see the musselmantri.com website for more information.
