Jack and Jill ran up lots of hills to fetch a plate of pancakes! You won’t have to on this flat and fast course through the CVNP.
Flap Jack & Jill 5K and 15K is a sweet (literally) way to show your support for the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Pick your distance for this out and back course on the Historic Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail then join your fellow runners for a delicious all you can eat pancake breakfast at Stanford House. Feast on buttery pancakes, sausage links, and drinks in the great company of runners, park lovers, and pancake enthusiasts. The pancake breakfast is included with your registration!
