RISE is a well established not-for-profit agency that has served children, individuals and families for over 25 years in three different states, Utah, Oregon, and Arizona, by “creating opportunities for and with people”. The Arizona Family Services division recruits and trains foster parents in Maricopa and Pinal counties to care for children in state custody for abuse and neglect. All proceeds will fund a “Fun Day” at Arizona Ice, for RISE foster children and families.
