• Swim 15 minutes in a 25 meter pool
• 10 minute transition
• Bike 15 minutes on a stationary bike
• 5 minute transition
• Run 15 minutes on a treadmill
Duathlon:
• Bike 15 minutes on a stationary bike
• 5 minute transition
• Run 15 minutes on a treadmill
