2010-2011 Tri the J Indoor Triathlon Series Race #3:
- All indoor triathlon consisting of CompuTrainer bike, pool swim, and treadmill run.
- Family and spectator-friendly.
- Transitions not timed.
- Locker rooms and showers available, towels not provided.
- Race dates 11/19, 12/10, 1/21, and 2/11.
Bike First
Course Information:
Bike -- NYC Central Park Loop in virtual reality on CompuTrainers.
- Bring your bike, shoes, and a trainer-friendly skewer.
- Helmets not required.
Swim - - 200 Yards in a 25 Yard Indoor Pool.
- You will complete 4 laps in your own lane; no 'snaking' and no sharing.
Run - - 2 Miles on treadmills.
- Each treadmill has fans and an individual TV.
Swim Second
Directions:
- From 75, Exit Forest and travel South on the Access Road. Turn right at Northaven Road. Entrance will be on your left at the top of the hill.
- Park at the East end of the parking lot (bottom of the hill) and enter through the Sports and Fitness Entrance.
