On Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 16, 2015, former members of the 57th Assault Helicopter Company, which served in Vietnam 1967-1973, will put on a 5K Run/2K Fun Walk starting and finishing at the Possum Kingdom Chamber of Commerce. The 5K takes place on USATF #TX14169ETM certified course. The 2K Fun Walk is a child safe off highway walk on the PK Chamber grounds. Net procees for the race will be donated to The National Vietnam War Museum, Mineral Wells, TX a 501(c)(3) organization.
